The Douglas County Democrats are a dedicated group of diverse grassroots organizers committed to creating a better future for all Americans starting right where we live, Douglas County, Colorado. United by our shared values of equality, justice, and opportunity, we work tirelessly to support policies and candidates that represent the interests of our diverse community.

To protect our democratic institutions and work toward the promise of equal opportunities for life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness for all Americans.

What We Do

We strive to build a more inclusive, equitable and prosperous society for everyone in Douglas County and beyond. We do this through:

Recruiting and supporting candidates
Training party volunteers and activists
Engaging with government agencies
Promoting action in our community
Completing the Democratic party nomination process as required by state law
